Have fired many Glock 19 firearms since 1993 with a full mag and a round in the chamber without any issues. When I get new magazines I keep them loaded for a week or two, to break in the spring.

Personally I think the CTR is better than the TAC A1. The CTR is basically the same rifle with a different stock and it costs $1,000 less. Just buy the CTR and take the $1,000 you saved and buy a top of the line chassis. You can probably even sell the CTR stock and mag (if you're switching to a chassis that takes AICS mags) and make a pretty penny.
